Frequently asked questions
What happens if the internet drops during the day?
Nothing changes for the cashier: the sale is recorded on the terminal, numbered and printed. When the network is back, pending sales are sent automatically, in order, with no duplicates.
Do I need a server in the shop?
No. The terminal connects to your hosted ERP (or ours). In the shop there is only the tablet, the printer and the drawer.
I have no back-office software, is that a problem?
No: we provide a ready-to-use ERP instance with the iPos module, hosted and backed up. You get products, stock, invoices and accounting.
Can several tills work together?
Yes. Each terminal has its own prefix and warehouse; kitchen orders and the dashboard are consolidated, and requisitions move between sites.
Is my data protected?
The terminal database is encrypted, the key is protected by Android, and a lost terminal can be revoked or wiped remotely.
